The Thermalux heated grips are designed to work seamlessly with UPPAbaby V2 and V3 models as well as UPPAbaby Cruz V2 and V3 models. If you have a different stroller, we'd recommend contacting our support team to check compatibility.

Installation is wonderfully simple and takes just a few minutes. You simply zip both sides of the grips over your existing stroller handles and then clamp the center console in place. No tools or complicated assembly required.Please view our detailed installation instructions in the link here!

Not at all. The grips are designed with a seamless fit that sits perfectly over your existing stroller handles without causing any damage. They zip on and clamp securely in place, and they remove just as easily whenever you'd like to take them off.

Battery life depends on the pack you choose. The standard pack gives about 5 hours of warmth on the high setting, and the extended pack gives about 8 hours on high. You'll get even longer on the low and medium settings.

The Thermalux grips have three heating levels. The low setting warms to around one hundred Fahrenheit, the medium setting reaches one hundred to one twenty Fahrenheit, and the highest setting reaches one twenty to one forty Fahrenheit, so you can find your comfort zone.

The Thermalux grips are USB-C powered and run on an external battery pack, so there's no internal battery to wear out or replace. They work with our battery packs or any standard USB-C power bank. Our standard and extended packs recharge in about 2 hours.

Yes, the Thermalux grips have an industry standard water resistant rating, so you can confidently use them in rainy or snowy conditions without worry. However, we do recommend avoiding fully submerging them in water, as this could damage the heating element and electronics. This gives parents peace of mind for those unpredictable winter weather days.

The Thermalux grips require surface cleaning only. Simply use a mild leather or vinyl cleaner, similar to what you'd use on a car seat, to wipe down the vegan leather exterior. Avoid submerging them in water or machine washing, as this could damage the heating element and electronics inside.

Thermalux Heated Stroller Handgrips are designed for the adult pushing the stroller and is not intended for use by children or babies. The heating element is fully embedded inside the vegan leather, with no exposed wires apart from the USB-C power cord connection. On higher heat setting the grips get quite warm, so keep them out of reach of little hands and turn them off when not in use.

Your Thermalux grips come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your grips arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and choose a free replacement or a full refund. Yes, extremely cold subzero temperatures can drain the battery much faster than normal conditions, so we recommend storing your battery pack indoors when not in use during those brutally cold spells. This will help you get the full 5 hours (standard) or 8 hours (extended) on high of battery life you'd expect in milder winter conditions.

If you're not completely happy with your Thermalux grips within 30 days of receiving your order, return them in their original condition for a full refund, no questions asked. If your grips arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Every Thermalux order includes the complete heated grip set, a USB-C cable, and cord routing clips (for the inner side of your stroller frame). If you choose a battery bundle, your standard (about 5 hours on high) or extended (about 8 hours on high) battery pack is included too. If you buy the grips on their own, you can power them with any standard USB-C power bank as long as they meet the battery specs required.
