Velux Stroller's Parent Pioneers Program is an early product testing program designed to get feedback directly from our customers before a major product launch. The program provides program participants with a free or significantly discounted product, in return for routine feedback on aspects such as:

Qualified Parent Pioneers are provided with a free or significantly discounted version of Velux Stroller's accessories in return for valuable feedback and support, including elements of the below:
Answering product feedback surveys in a timely fashion
Providing short mobile-filmed videos using the product and providing feedback
Creating social posts to share the product experience
Early version of the product will be either shipped to you directly, or provided to you in-person via home drop off, depending on your location.
We value contributing members of the Parent Pioneers program, as the exchange provides you with access to our product, AND Velux Stroller with valuable feedback and brand support.
There are 2 scenarios that could occur here:
If you sign up, and don't initially receive a product based on selection criteria - kindly be patient, as you will very likely have an opportunity in the future to test out Velux Stroller's products in the future.
If you sign up, receive our testing product, but then don't comply with the reciprocal feedback agreement, you will be asked to return the product AND will unfortunately be removed from any future testing opportunities.
You can leave the Parent Pioneers program at any time by emailing us at info@veluxstroller.com
However we do kindly request that if you have been selected & sent a Velux Stroller product for testing, you finish providing feedback for the specific product before leaving the program.
