What you'll need

​

• Your Thermalux heated grips

• USB-C power cable (included)

• Stroller cord routing clips (included)

• A charged Thermalux battery pack or USB-C power bank (see "Can I use my own power bank?" in our FAQ)

Installation steps

​

1. Unzip the grips.

Open both zippers fully and remove the packaging, so the grips can wrap around your stroller's handlebar.

​

2. Position the center console.
Line up the center console with the middle of stroller handlebar (with the controls facing you).

​

3. Zip both sides over your handlebar.
Wrap each side of the grip around the existing handlebar foam and zip it closed. Pull the zipper all the way to the end for a snug, secure fit.

​

4. Clamp the center console in place.
Close the clamp around the middle of the handlebar until it sits firmly and doesn't slide.

​

5. Route the cord.
Run the USB-C cord down the stroller frame and secure it with the cord routing clips so it stays clear of the fold mechanism and wheels.

​

6. Connect your battery pack.
Plug the cord into your battery pack and place it in the stroller basket or a parent organizer.

​

7. Turn it on and choose your heat setting.
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. Press again to cycle through Low, Medium and High. The grips warm up in under 60 seconds.

Removing the grips

​

Unplug the battery pack, open the center clamp, unzip both sides and slide the grips off. Your stroller handlebar is left exactly as it was.

​

Tips

• Folding your stroller: No need to unplug the battery pack before folding. The grips can stay on the stroller.

• Cold days: Keep your battery pack indoors between walks for the best battery life.

• Wet weather: The grips are water resistant, so rain and snow are fine, but never submerge them in water.

• Cleaning: Wipe with a mild leather or vinyl cleaner. Don't machine wash.
