Defective or damaged product
If your grips arrive defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately. You can choose between:

One-year limited warranty
Your Thermalux grips are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered defect arises, we'll replace your product or issue a refund at our discretion.
What's not covered
To ensure your warranty remains valid, please keep the following in mind:
- Damage caused by full submersion in water
- Damage from storage in subzero temperatures for extended periods
- Normal wear and tear on the vegan leather exterior
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
How to start a return

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your grips have shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
