This Parent Pioneers Program ("Program") is facilitated by Velux Stroller, hereinafter referred to as the "Company." For the purposes of this agreement, "Company" is defined as Velux Stroller LLC, a [State/Country] registered corporation with its principal place of business located at [Company Address]. The "Beta Product" refers to the pre-release version of the baby stroller accessory provided to participants for testing and evaluation as part of the Program.
 
By participating in the Program, parent testers acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein, governing their involvement with the Company and the Beta Product. The Company reserves all rights pertaining to the ownership, use, and confidentiality of the Beta Product, as detailed in the following terms and conditions. The terms "Company" and "Beta Product" shall be construed within the context of this agreement and apply to all interactions and communications associated with the Program.

Product Testing Responsibilities:
 
1.1 As a Parent Pioneer applicant, you are required to thoroughly test and evaluate the provided baby stroller accessory during the specified testing period.
 
1.2 Provide constructive and detailed feedback to the company regarding your experiences, including any issues, improvements, or suggestions.
 
1.3 Use the product as intended and refrain from any unauthorized modifications.
 
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):
 
2.1 You agree to keep all information related to the beta product, including its features, design, and any other proprietary information, confidential.
 
2.2 Do not disclose, share, or discuss any details of the beta product with other third parties during the testing period.
 
2.3 This NDA remains in effect indefinitely, even after the beta testing period concludes.
 
Feedback Submission:
 
3.1 Submit detailed feedback through the designated channels provided by the Company.
 
3.2 Feedback should be submitted in a timely manner, as outlined by the Company, to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
 
3.3 The Company reserves the right to use, modify, and implement the feedback provided by beta testers without any obligation or compensation.
 
Ownership and Rights:
 
4.1 The beta product, including any intellectual property and improvements suggested by beta testers, remains the exclusive property of the company.
 
4.2 Beta testers do not gain any ownership rights, licenses, or other interests in the beta product.
 
Termination of Participation:
 
5.1 The company reserves the right to terminate a Parent Pioneer tester's participation at any time for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
 
5.2 Termination may result in the return or discontinuation of the beta product and removal of the participant from the program.
 
Indemnification:
 
6.1 Beta testers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the program.
 
Miscellaneous:
 
7.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the beta tester and the company.
 
7.2 The company may update these terms at its discretion, with notice provided to beta testers.
